What we need

• Assist in event setup and logistics
• Assist event Host from Inspiring Girls in delivering and managing program activities
• Take decent photos and videos of school activities
• Training will be provided, join us if you are interested in public speaking
• Dates negotiable! You do not have to commit to all modules but join when you are available

Background

We are part of a global charity that connects girls from 10 to 18 years old with female role models from different fields and backgrounds to expand their knowledge of what jobs are available and encourage their curiosity and learning in different industries. The charity currently operates across 32 countries worldwide and launched in Hong Kong in 2020 and is currently serving 15 schools. We are looking for volunteers who could assist us in event setup and photo taking for social media. Each module lasts for 60-90 minutes and is delivered in school. Your role is to attend these modules regularly, assist the Host in smooth delivery of the modules and help capture inspiring moments.

What we have

We will provide a one-hour induction and training content to help you master the role. You do not have to commit to all modules but join when you are available.

Why this is important

We are expanding our reach to more and more schools and need volunteers to help us capture inspiring movements in the modules while the Host manages the event rundown. This role is to ensure the activities are run smoothly. You will represent our team and be an extended team member.
