Project Details

What we need

Create 1-2 social media graphics per week for ImpactHK and our social enterprises
Design support on other marketing collaterals and presentation decks
Knowledge of the use of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Canva would be a plus
Volunteers with photography skills will be preferred as we would like to create photo mood shots if possible

Background

ImpactHK is growing and we have more projects in the pipeline too! We need design support to help deliver our messages in a creative and effective way.

What we have

You will be briefed by the ImpactHK team at the beginning and we will check in regularly and all share our progress with one another. Volunteers will work closely with the staff team to provide the essential support you need.

Why this is important

Design is so important to deliver the right message across and communicate with our audiences effectively. Your designs will inform our audiences how they can support our social enterprises with their purchases and that 100% of profits proceeds to supporting people experiencing homelessness. It is also very essential to promote our brand awareness which helps with fundraising and community education.

What we do

We work with people experiencing homelessness to help them settle in a safe home, restore their mental and physical wellbeing, build their self-esteem, increase their social capital and discover their purpose. To do this we provide direct holistic support to people experiencing homelessness and empower them to transform their lives. At the same time we build community connections to increase collective understanding of homelessness and empathy towards the people who experience it. We also address the systemic issues that cause the housing crisis and stand up with those who lack the basic human right to safe housing.
