Assist in reception, answer enquiries and provide technical support at our STEM competition
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our event objectives and organisational mission
- (AM) Assist in registration & ID verification process
- (AM) Assist in supervising students during the competition
- (AM) Assist in answering students' questions
- (PM) Assist in arranging trophies and certificates during the award ceremony
- (PM) Assist in AV technical support
- Assist in any other technical support related issues
- Event is on 11 May (Sat) 8:00am - 5:00pm, we require volunteers to provide support for the entire duration
- Transport allowance can be provided
Background
This is a STEM competition & award ceremony for secondary students in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

We’ll provide access to the competition starter guide, event rundown, awards, and winners.
