What we need
- Join us for a briefing call to learn more about our organisation, the event and your responsibilities
- Update event details on our website, social media and email communications
- Coordinate marketing collaterals arrangements
- Coordinate contestants registration set up and online competition platform
- Support logistics for both online and physical events
Background
This annual student coding competition, both online and physical, is open for all primary and secondary schools to nominate. The project involves contestants participating in online heat and physical final coding competitions on a gamified platform.
What we have
Experience and materials of the logistics and competition workflow from the past 4 years of the competition experience.
Why this is important
The project is one of the key events the ICE Foundation organizes to provide STEAM learning exposure for students in Hong Kong.
