What we need
- Join us for an 1-hour briefing call
- Source a venue for the charity event
- Create and decide on the format of the pickleball event
- Reach out for sponsorship for the venue, cash, trophies, and refreshments, etc.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers before and during the event
- Promote and market the event effectively
- Manage the logistics and operations of the event
Background
This is a brand new fundraising event for HKSPC, in addition to traditional fundraising events such as Flag Day, Golf Day, Charity Walk and Gala Dinner.
