What we need

• Looking for volunteers who can provide support at our new dog shelter on weekends (Saturdays/ Sundays) 2pm-5pm
• We will meet up at Kam Sheung Road MTR Station Exit C at 1:30pm and take minibus to the dog shelter
• Duties include cleaning the facility, making their meals, dogs bathing, dogs walking etc.
• No experience needed, but need to be physically fit to work outdoors, 18+ years old (for those under 18, you need to be accompanied by an adult)
• Bilingual/ English-speaking volunteers are all welcomed

Background

Located in Kam Tin, New Territories, The Bow-Wow Inn by HK Paws serves as a halfway house for dogs & cats waiting to be rehomed. Operating a boarding center on our own relieves us from the pressure of jam-packed local shelters and dwindling foster help in recent years. It allows us to organize rescue operations with great confidence that we could provide immediate care and shelter for furry kids in need.As a volunteer, you will be helping out at The Bow-Wow Inn for 3 hours on a weekend afternoon.

What we have

We will offer briefing calls if needed to give volunteers a better idea how to interact with the dogs at The Bow-Wow Inn. We will meet up at MTR before the activity.
