What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objectives and our organization
- Have regular meetings (online/ face-to-face) with our team to configure our CRM (ideally HubSpot or Dynamics)
- Help us with data consolidation and entry into CRM system
- Establish sales & marketing business process for a small start-up no-profit
Background
HK Paws Foundation has been running independently for 15 years and there is a lot of siloed/paper data. We would like to setup our fundraising & donors record in a digitized way with the help of a CRM.
What we have
We will share with you our existing databases and current handling procedures.
Why this is important
HK Paws Foundation would benefit from a digitized database for future communications and fundraising.

What we do
Hong Kong Paws Foundation (HK Paws) is a locally registered, non-profit animal welfare charity. We hope to eventually rehome every rescued cat and dog to the best possible match of adopters. Since 2005, we have rehomed thousands of cats and dogs. In 2022, The Bow-Wow Inn by HK Paws was born as a halfway house for dogs waiting to be rehomed. It also allows us to organize rescue operations and provide immediate care and shelter for furry kids in need.
