Outreach and coordinate with media partners to promote an upcoming press conference

What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about the press conference
- Help develop a strategy in outreaching to media partners (we have a list of existing contacts)
- Provide support in engaging and pitching stories to media and journalists
- Update our team on the progress regularly
- Our upcoming press conference is tentatively on 27 July 2023, including material arrangement and PR support on media is needed
Background
It is a COVID-19 survey report press conference for the social enterprises. We held for fifth round before.
