What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objectives and organization
- Oversee and assist organisational budget and financial report preparation
- Reconcile and monitor financial transactions and bank records
- Prepare balance sheets, invoices and receipts
Background
As we started-up non-profit project, we are in need of a volunteer to offer administrative support and oversee our financial transactions and records.
What we have
Financial records and information about our current financial procedures will be provided. We are using MYOB system.
Why this is important
As we value communication, having clear financial records would help us to utilize our project budget.
