Manage the reception and provide onsite support
Project Details
What we need
- Join a 15-min briefing phone call 1 or 2 days before the event
- Help us with the guest reception and public reception
- Help set up the booth, crowd control, and provide onsite support
- The event will take place on 12 Aug, 8:00am - 1:00pm
Background
Since last year, HYAB has been sponsoring our 2-year Capacity Building 360 Extra project (CB360X) which is consisted of a series of training workshops to strengthen the operation capacity of SEs in Hong Kong. To denote the completion of the 1st year programme, an event, namely “SE Circle” ( 社企圈：無處不社企‧ESG 契機 ) will be held to present attendance certificate to participants of the CB360X workshops, as well as to provide an occasion for the SE operators to exchange and share experience

Why this is important
Through this mini-SE bazaar, we aim to showcase the diverse aspects of social enterprises, enabling the sector to connect and collaborate. This will drive ESG development and bring more positive changes to society
