Help with typesetting our booklet and create simple book cover/back design

What we need
- Help with typesetting for our booklet (around 16 pages), with content and sample from the previous year provided
- With reference to the existing theme, design the booklet's cover and back
- Create simple designs for the inner pages
- Volunteers with experience in Ai is preferred but not a must
