To provide general admin support for our marketing activities

What we need
- Join a 30-min zoom interview to learn more about our organization and duties involved
- Provide administrative support for our sports events (e.g. School / HK Championships, Beach Sprint Championships)
- Responsibilities include preparing entry lists, arranging medals, assisting with reception duties, distributing souvenirs and more
- Flexible hours: You can visit our office on any 2 weekdays (between 10am-6pm), 4 hours per visit
Background
HKCRA organizes many rowing classes every year and each class will have one attendance sheet, we need a volunteer to double check if the attendance sheet is completed properly according to our guidelines
What we have
We will provide guidelines, coach and support staff for the volunteer to kick start.
Why this is important
These smooth and successful running of these events are very crucial to the success of HKCRA in achieving our goals.
