What we need

Developing creative and engaging social media campaigns
Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels (We create 5 posts per week as a team per week)
Planning, creating and delivering engaging content across different platforms
Researching influencers across the social media platforms in line with the organisations work
Basic Canva or basic knowledge and aptitude in content writing is required

Background

We are developing HELP’s social media portfolio to reach and engage more migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong.

(1) Branding guidelines and (2) Oversight from Communications Manager

Why this is important

Through an effective social media campaign, we will be able to reach and engage more migrant domestic workers and create more awareness of HELP's services and programmes.

What we do

HELP for Domestic Workers is an NGO working on the frontlines to support migrant domestic workers to gain access to justice and fair and equal treatment in Hong Kong. Since 1989, we have supported migrant domestic workers through advice, assistance, education and empowerment. We equip the employers of domestic workers with knowledge and awareness so that they can build a mutually beneficial relationship with their domestic workers.
