What we need

• Enter and update various types of data, such as HELP’s past events information, beneficiaries, and volunteers' contact details, into our database system
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Conduct data cleanup activities, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in existing data
• Assist in organising and categorising data to enhance accessibility and usability
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry procedures and guidelines are followed
• Support office administration and clerical work during weekdays (flexible hours between 10am-6pm)
• Looking for volunteers with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, with proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel and database system
• Familiar with Google Workspace, experience with Odoo will be a bonus
• Strong organisational and time management skills, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
• Good written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently

Background

We are looking for volunteers interested in working with our Programmes Team in supporting our CRM. This is essential to maintain our data collection and clean data for impact analysis. This helps in ensuring sustainable and responsible practice.
