Project Details

What we need
  • Manage HELP’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design graphics and write captions for social media content.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Respond to program enquiries and comments on social media
  • Contribute ideas for mock-ups, e-newsletters, and other marketing content
  • Collaborate with the team on new ideas, directions, and activities for marketing and communications
  • Work with vulnerable interviewees and confidential information
  • We are hoping that you can support us 2 full days per week or 16 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Background

Founded in 1989, HELP is a Hong Kong-based non-profit that provides comprehensive support for migrant domestic workers (MDWs) and their employers to prevent crises, respond to needs, and build resilient communities. Our mission is to empower domestic workers in Hong Kong to access their rights through education, advice, community and employer engagement.

What we do

HELP for Domestic Workers is an NGO working on the frontlines to support migrant domestic workers to gain access to justice and fair and equal treatment in Hong Kong. Since 1989, we have supported migrant domestic workers through advice, assistance, education and empowerment. We equip the employers of domestic workers with knowledge and awareness so that they can build a mutually beneficial relationship with their domestic workers.
