Project Details

What we need
  • Consolidate and write up testimonials from program beneficiaries, volunteers, board members, staff, interns, and others
  • Write engaging content on the history, impact and future strategy of HELP
  • Coordinate with programmes and casework team to compile content
  • Design and organise a clear and inviting layout
  • Contribute ideas for mock-ups, e-newsletters, and other marketing content
  • Collaborate with the team on new ideas, directions, and activities for marketing and communications
  • Work with vulnerable interviewees and confidential information
Background

Founded in 1989, HELP is a Hong Kong-based non-profit that provides comprehensive support for migrant domestic workers (MDWs) and their employers to prevent crises, respond to needs, and build resilient communities. Our mission is to empower domestic workers in Hong Kong to access their rights through education, advice, community and employer engagement.

What we do

HELP for Domestic Workers is an NGO working on the frontlines to support migrant domestic workers to gain access to justice and fair and equal treatment in Hong Kong. Since 1989, we have supported migrant domestic workers through advice, assistance, education and empowerment. We equip the employers of domestic workers with knowledge and awareness so that they can build a mutually beneficial relationship with their domestic workers.
