What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes zoom meeting prior to the event, to learn more about our organization and the event details
• The Greeners Action 30th anniversary Celebration Cocktail Party will be held on 28 July 2023 from 15:00-17:30. (You will be on site from 14:30 to 18:00)
• Capture memorable moments of the event, including the pre-party mingling between guests, the whole program of the event, record guest of honors’ full speeches, and etc.
• You will have to produce a final video will be around 3 mins (to be shared on social media). Including Capture some key message lines from guests’ speech; Capture some scenes of guests when they are listening to speakers, and capture some scenes about guests’ reactions (e.g. clapping hands); Some scenes of the toasting ceremony; Guests will say a slogan (e.g. Happy Birthday Greeners Action!) when they are signing their names in the signature area; Some scenes for guests talking to each other, visiting the booth areas, looking at the gallery photos, and etc.

Background

Greeners Action, an environmental non-profit organization in Hong Kong, will be celebrating the 30th anniversary. We are organizing a Cocktail Party in order to thank and give sincere appreciation to our partners, corporations, supporting organizations and donors, and witness our special journey.
