What we need

• Join a 1 hour briefing call and weekly Google Meet catch up
• Compile a list of partnership contacts (F&B partners, corporates and schools)
• Send out draft emails to compiled contacts
• Dedicate a set time each week for cold-calling

Background

This year, Green Hour is starting a new food-waste related campaign which will require reaching out to potential F&B partners, corporates and schools to raise awareness of the project and secure their partnership.

What we have

You will be briefed by our team at the beginning and we will guide you on the steps to do the outreach. You will also attend a weekly Google Meet check in session where we will all share our progress with one another. Volunteers will work closely with the staff team to provide the essential support you need.

Why this is important

Green Hour is working on expanding it's Bun Run programme to be able to accomodate 10x the amount of surplus food each week, which will require us to to expand our network. Having some volunteers to help with outreach will greatly improve our chances of achieving this within record time.
