What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about the project and our expectations on the creative direction
• Create a leaflet to help give a breakdown of events to volunteers who join cleanups
• We will share past examples or references for you to work with, as well as the written content that will need to be added
• Knowledge of how to use Canva is required and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is appreciated

Background

We are hoping to design an online 'e-leaflet' which can be passed to volunteers who are joining our events so that they can get a better understanding of how the event runs, the event schedule, what they need to prepare and the do's and don'ts whilst participating in our events.

What we have

We will provide the information that will be added into the flyer as well as some sample material provided as reference. We will also give some examples that we have used in the past.

Why this is important

Having a leaflet with information for volunteers will be super helpful for us because it allows us to share all the information with volunteers in advance of the event date, making the events run smoother overall.
