Background

Green Hour's plogging program is a unique initiative that merges fitness with environmental responsibility. Plogging involves individuals jogging while picking up litter, promoting both physical activity and community cleanliness. To encourage people to get involved, as well as to build our visibility, we are working on creating a variety of visuals for the events, including banners, feather flags and foam-board props.

To support volunteers with this project, we can provide them with access to our premium Canva account, previous templates to assist them with the design process.

Why this is important

By facilitating the creation of engaging promotional materials and participant incentives, this role plays a crucial part in advancing Green Hour's objectives of getting as many people involved in environmental efforts as possible. These resources will help to raise awareness about the plogging program, in turn hopefully inspiring them to join in further community clean-up efforts. Ultimately, we want to make sure our events are engaging, fun, and have plenty of opportunities for people to promote their efforts, too.
