What we need

• Join 1 hour call/meeting to learn about our company mission, vision and activities
• Review the available data/content and outline the report to deliver the desired message
• Draft the report in English (We're aiming to have no more than 5 pages to read, keeping it succinct and brief)
• Conduct a review process with our team
• Work with the Report Designer Volunteer to best communicate the messages visually
• Write an executive summary for newsletter/email/website dissemination

Background

We are celebrating our 2nd anniversary in February and we would like to publish an annual report as we did in the past. Last year we had our first projects running and we would like to make sure that we communicate our achievements appropriately to deliver the right messages to our stakeholders.

Why this is important

This is very important as we need to communicate well with our audiences to get their further buy-in and also to recognize those who have been with us on the journey including our employees and volunteers. It is our way to communicate our achievements and our vision for our organization and the world.
