Help manage and execute online events on LinkedIn and YouTube through technical coordination and audience engagement

What we need
- Event Setup: Coordinate and manage event pages on LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring smooth scheduling and integration
- Technical Management: Handle livestream setup, troubleshooting, and real-time monitoring for seamless execution
- Content Management: Prepare and upload event materials, ensuring timely publication and brand consistency
- Audience Engagement: Moderate live chats, respond to queries, and analyze post-event performance for improvement
- Availability: Be available during events, typically scheduled at lunch hour or evening
- Platform: Events will be hosted on LinkedIn Live and Youtube
- Schedule: Rolling basis events with no fixed dates
Background
In 2025, we are expanding our global presence by hosting weekly online and offline events aimed at inspiring and connecting individuals worldwide. To support this growth, our marketing team is hiring additional team members to join our dynamic community and make a significant impact. Event Managers will play a crucial role in reaching out to influential individuals in their networks—whether influencers, speakers, or notable community figures—to host events with GWC. Online events will exclude the USA time zone, while offline events will be held in Hong Kong.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director (based in Hong Kong) and many other passionate volunteers in marketing function and other departments (continuous learning, operation and more)
Why this is important
As GWC celebrates its 10th-year milestone in 2025, expanding our reach is crucial. We aim to raise awareness and engage a diverse audience from various backgrounds, interests, and life stages, encouraging them to contribute meaningfully. By creating impactful sharing events to give back and fostering togetherness through inspirational stories, we hope to craft a message that deeply resonates with each individual.
