Help to optimize overall Brand visuals and user experience using WIX platform
Project Details
What we need
- Website Design Optimization: Collaborate with the Marketing Officer and UX/UI Designer to enhance website visuals and overall presentation, with experience or willingness to learn WIX
- Event Section Creation: Design and implement a new tab for upcoming events on the website, ensuring it aligns with the brand
- Integrate Save the Date Feature: Add a link to allow users to save events to their calendar via email
- Graphics and Content Alignment: Ensure graphics and visuals on the site are consistent with the overall branding strategy
Background
In 2025, we are expanding our global presence by hosting weekly online and offline events aimed at inspiring and connecting individuals worldwide. To support this growth, our marketing team is hiring additional team members to join our dynamic community and make a significant impact. Event Managers will play a crucial role in reaching out to influential individuals in their networks—whether influencers, speakers, or notable community figures—to host events with GWC. Online events will exclude the USA time zone, while offline events will be held in Hong Kong.
What we have
You will work closely with the Marketing Director (based in Hong Kong) and a team of four on the website project. In this role, you will collaborate with 1) Web Marketing Manager (WIX), 2) Web Marketing Officer (WIX), 3) Graphic Designer (Website) WIX, and 4) UX/UI Designer (WIX).

As GWC celebrates its 10th-year milestone in 2025, expanding our digital presence is essential. Our goal is to optimize the website to engage a diverse audience from different backgrounds, interests, and life stages, encouraging meaningful contributions. By creating a user-friendly, dynamic platform with impactful event features and inspiring content, we aim to deliver a message that resonates deeply with every visitor.
