What we need
- Join our team discussion on developing marketing strategies to external media and partners for coming 6 months
- Support our team by engaging and pitching to media partners
- Develop 1 press release + 1 newsletter per month (in Chinese)
- Work with our team once a week remotely

What we do
Worldwide, more than 75 million young people are unemployed. But many employers can’t find people with the skills they need for entry-level jobs. Generation is an independent nonprofit founded in 2014 by McKinsey & Company that transforms education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. To date, more than 117,000 people have graduated from Generation programs globally, which prepare them for meaningful careers in 17 countries.
