Support our Program Team with administrative and operational tasks
Project Details
What we need
- Assist with program and logistics arrangement for learners and alumni
- Provide employability support to learners that have issue with the program
- Perform data entry tasks
- 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Laptop will be provided
Background
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of connecting disadvantaged youth to employment and creating opportunities for economic well-being for all. You will gain exposure to our funded projects supported by organizations
What we have
Overall briefing provided; volunteers will work closely with our team to provide the essential support you need. We will also provide practical training on how to operate our procedures and all data entry tasks
Why this is important
The Operations Support role is fundamental to the smooth running of our Program Team. To ensure our learners receive good learning experience with our appropriate monitoring, supporting and assistance
