What we need
- Conduct 2 interview sessions (each 30min) in 1 hour
- Provide instant feedback to interviewees during each interview session
- Provide constructive feedbacks to us base on evaluation form provided after interview
- Interview sessions will be conducted via Zoom
Background
Generation Hong Kong is constantly providing education to employment services to different underserved populations in HK. In order to better prepare our learners for a future-oriented career, we are now recruiting skilled volunteers to help us in giving mock interviews with our learners so learners can gain practical experiences for job interview in the future.

Mock interview flow, question bank, evaluation form and rubrics will be provided
Why this is important
During mock interviews, interviewer will encourage and empower interviewee to respond creatively and effectively. Through providing constructive feedbacks after mock interview, our learners will be able to gain real life experiences to advance their interview skill. By familiarising themselves with current interview settings and questions, interviewees will become confident and comfortable in real-life situations.

What we do

In 2018, Generation Hong Kong was formally established to bring Generation’s proven approach to addressing employment challenges to Hong Kong. To date, more than 53,000 people have graduated from Generation programs globally, which prepare them for meaningful careers in 16 countries.
