What we need

Join us for a briefing call to learn more about the context and our objectives
Update and improve our current branding guidelines
Create templates that we can use for various communication materials (i.e. social media, newsletter, website, banner image etc)
Share the working files with our team so we can continuously use the materials, ensuring consistency across all resources

Background

We need to revisit the existing brand design, creating a systematic guidelines to ensure that there is a brand consistency, and that it effectively communicates our mission through our partnerships and programmes.

What we have

Existing branding guidelines and other references will be provided.

Why this is important

This will improve our brand awareness and recognition, in hopes to gain more support in our programmes and causes.

What we do

Worldwide, more than 75 million young people are unemployed. But many employers can’t find people with the skills they need for entry-level jobs. Generation is an independent nonprofit founded in 2014 by McKinsey & Company that transforms education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. In 2018, Generation Hong Kong was formally established to bring Generation’s proven approach to addressing employment challenges to Hong Kong. To date, more than 53,000 people have graduated from Generation programs globally, which prepare them for meaningful careers in 16 countries.
