Event Support (3 May)
Provide visitor assistance at our booth during the S+ Summit and Expo hosted by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call in advance to learn more about our organization, our work, and the event
- During the expo, be our ambassador to answer questions about our organization and services
- Assist visitors in accessing, understanding, and using our "AI Assistants for Good"
- Introduce our pioneering Co-creation Competence, United Nation's Futures Literacy, and our AI assistants to our visitors
- Seats will be available for intermittent rest and breaks throughout the event
- We welcome anyone interested in promoting collaborative innovations to create a better future for all
- Volunteers will support us throughout the expo on 3 May 9:30am to 5:30pm
Background
Futures Co-create will be exhibiting its innovative frameworks, workshops, seminars, and AI assistants at the S+ Summit and Expo on May 3rd, 2024. The Expo is organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), with the objective to address complex challenges facing Hong Kong and leverage the opportunities arising from rapid societal, economic, and environmental changes.
What we have
A 30 minutes briefing will be provided before the exhibition, and further training will be provided on-site.

Our work is dedicated to enhancing the capacity of both individuals and organizations to participate in collaborative innovations for a shared future. Through this process, we aim to promote diversity, inclusion, and innovation (DII).
