We have recently established new WhatsApp channels to enhance our public communication. However, our channels are not discoverable in the "FIND CHANNELS" section as we lack the verification signified by a green tick. We are looking for guidance and support to resolve this issue.

We will host a video call to discuss the details of the project
Why this is important
With the whatsapp channels, we can expand our communication channels instead of only using social media and its algorithm. This can help us to improve our exposure and event participation rate.
