- Set up context awareness for FAQs through embeddings
- Train the model for accurate answers
Background
We would like to leverage technology and create an AI chatbot to help answer employers' questions about fair hiring and managing domestic helpers in Hong Kong.

Why this is important
The chatbot will help save our consultants' time to answer questions already in our FAQs, so they can focus on client cases.
