What we need

• Join a 1 hour meeting for briefing
• Design a framework to quantify the impact of Enactus projects brought to the society
• Investigate and measure the value added to the projects with Enactus
• Advise on the development and strategy on providing social innovation and entrepreneurship incubation
• Meet with our team regularly to advise on building our impact measurement tracking system

Background

We are currently evaluating the impact we have made to the society after 3 years of operation. We would like to understand the values we have been adding to the society so that we can better position ourselves. The impact measurement project is also crucial for our team to network with different stakeholders and ask for support.

What we have

We will explain our scope of work, including the student social projects we are incubating, and the trainings/events we offered to the project teams. Student volunteers are available to assist with groundwork e.g. conducting qualitative interviews with the project teams.

Why this is important

This will be crucial for us to talk to corporates and funders as to visualise the impact we have actually delivered through our work. Social innovation and social entrepreneurship are heated topics these days and it is important for us to know what position we are in and what uniqueness our service has. The measurement result will also be posted public after our website revamp.
