What we need
  • Conduct research, assist with presenter recruitment, and manage scheduling for the radio and podcast series, focusing on environmental and sustainability topics
  • Collaborate with the Earth.Org team to launch the pilot programme of our 3-month online radio station and podcast series in Hong Kong
  • Support the program director in conducting research related to the radio and podcast programs. This includes gathering information, identifying potential programme topics, and staying updated on relevant industry trends
  • Identify and reach out to potential guest speakers from diverse industries who can provide valuable advice and insights on environmental and sustainability topics, extending invitations and coordinating scheduling and confirming their participation based on their availability
  • Analyse audience data, feedback, and engagement metrics to gain insights into program performance. This information will be used to inform programming decisions, identify areas for improvement, and assess the success of different program types
  • The role is a six months program that will require full-time involvement during the summer months as you assist in recruiting presenters and contribute to program development. After the summer months, the role will transition to a few hours per week to provide continuous support to the programme director and presenters. This may involve scheduling, conducting occasional research, assisting with data analysis, or contributing to program evaluation as needed.
  • ** Your level of commitment can be flexible depending on your availability and capacity, students are welcome to join as a summer internship! This can be discussed during the interview
