What we need

• Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to engage and build a passionate community of volunteers with a passion for the environment and podcasting/radio. Engage with relevant communities, forums, and social media platforms to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Talent Recruitment: Collaborate with the Earth.Radio team to develop a Volunteer recruitment plan and actively recruit individuals from around the world with backgrounds in radio/podcasting, journalism, or the environment.
• Screening and Selection: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with Earth.Radio's vision.

Earth.Org is a Hong Kong-based environmental climate communications charity on a mission to depict the consequences of climate change through powerful data. By harnessing the immense potential of the web and social media platforms, we strive to captivate global audiences and become the unrivalled source of environmental news, earning us the reputation of being the "BBC of environmental news." Since our establishment in 2018, we have amassed over 750,000 users, partnered with 20 NGOs, and collaborated with 150+ contributors, enabling us to make a tangible impact.Leveraging our traction at Earth.Org, we’re launching a groundbreaking 3-month online radio station and podcast series right here in Hong Kong. We'll cover diverse global environmental topics and offer innovative solutions to tackle our generation's greatest survival risk. Through discussions with experts and frontline community members, we'll inform, educate, and advocate for change. Our vision extends beyond the radio and podcast series — an intuitive mobile application that empowers users to report their local climate impact and sustainability events, creating awareness and spurring action.
