Event Volunteer Leader / Assistant
Help with the preparation and organization of our 5th Anniversary Experiential ESG Training
Project Details
What we need
- Join a briefing session on 21 Oct (5-7pm) and site visit on 10 Nov (1-5pm)
- Manage volunteer teams/departments of 2-3 members (Volunteer Leader)
- Assist pre-event and event day venue arrangements
- The event will hosted on 11 Nov (time TBC) - Assist with guests' enquiries and other event-related issues
- We're looking for bilingual volunteers, but English-speaking volunteers are also welcome to apply!
Background
For Dream Impact’s 5th Anniversary, we are collaborating with Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden to organize a large-scale ESG Experiential training day. Besides celebrating our 5th Anniversary, we hope this event will accelerate cross-sector connections and deepen our understanding of Hong Kong's social enterprises, sustainable development, and wellness. This event is a collective effort of over 50 social enterprises. Programs at this event include business sharings, wellness workshops, youth artist exhibitions, music performances, and more 🤝Volunteers will have the opportunity to better understand Hong Kong's social enterprises, sustainable development, and wellness.
What we have
We will hold a briefing session on Oct 21 (Fri) and site visit on Nov 10 (Thu) to prepare volunteers for the event.
