What we need

• Join a briefing session on 31 Oct
• Be available to be on-site from 8AM Friday, November 8 until 7PM Saturday, November 9 (2 days, one night)
• Assist pre-event and event day venue arrangements
• Assist with guests' enquiries and other event-related issues, setting up seating arrangements, assisting staff
• We're looking for bilingual volunteers, but English-speaking volunteers are also welcome to apply!
• Prefer volunteers who can stay overnight (lodging provided, shared between three people, separated by gender)
• Transport from Kowloon Tong MTR to Kadoorie, and all meals will be provided ($150 transport subsidy will also be provided for volunteers to get to Kowloon Tong)

Background

Dream Impact is collaborating with Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden to organize a 2-day, 1 night retreat. This event aims to accelerate cross-sector connections and deepen our understanding of Hong Kong's social enterprises, sustainable development, and wellness. Programs at this event include professional development sessions, wellness workshops, music performances, and more 🤝 Volunteers will have the opportunity to better understand Hong Kong's social enterprises, sustainable development, and wellness.

What we have

Why this is important

As a small team, Dream Impact will greatly benefit from the extra set of hands and ears to assist with guest experience during the retreat.
