Why this is important

Diversity in Community Limited (Dicomm) is a social enterprise in Asia Pacific promoting diversity and inclusion, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ issues. We offer DE&I workshops, corporate training, inclusive marketing strategies, and event management services. We also teach at various universities. Dicomm develops gender-friendly and diversity-inclusive policies for public and private multinational institutions and organizes corporate social responsibility events. We received funding from the government's Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund and have been featured in over 30 media outlets. Our interviews, lectures, and campus workshops have reached millions of people.
