What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and marketing plan for event
• Develop and implement PR strategies to maximize awareness and media coverage of our event
• Provide support in engaging and pitching stories to media and journalists
• Weekly catch ups to update our team on the progress
• 5+ years of experience in PR field is preferred

Background

We are hosting a fundraising gala show at the Hong Kong City Hall on December 19, and we need help in increasing the number of sign ups and donations. This helps fundraise for all programmes that we offer for free.

What we have

A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. We will rely on your expertise to market and promote the event to raise awareness of the organisation, seek potential donors and get audience to buy tickets.

Why this is important

This event aims to raise awareness of the importance on how dance can recreate joy and harmony in our daily life. Public relations support can help raise awareness and media coverage on our event, which also boosts our fundraising efforts.
