What we need

• Research and identify potential sponsors and partners for Lamma Fun Day
• Contact potential sponsors and partners via email, phone calls and in-person meetings to present sponsorship opportunities
• Manage and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their continued support and involvement for future events
• Work closely with organizing team to track and ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship agreements
• Provide weekly updates to the organizing team on sponsorship progress, including meeting targets and identifying potential challenges

Background

Lamma Fun Day is our annual charity beach music festival which features a variety of activities, live performances, bar, food stalls, live auctions, and a trail run. Our event aims to raise funds for our project in Nepal.

Why this is important

Our fundraising goal for 2023 is to raise HK$500,000 through Lamma Fun Day to support our project PRAYASS (Protection from Risk and Assisting Young Girls and Women in Accessing Social Services) project, which aims to provide special care and protection services to children and young people in Nepal, particularly young girls who are at risk of abuse, exploitation, and trafficking.
