What we need
- Join a 30-min design briefing call
- Design posters (two versions), flyer and Facebook banner to promote our charity walk
Background
We are planning to hold a charity walk "Walk For Heart" in December 2021. Due to the spread of covid-19, the walk will change to virtual version this year to allow participants to join the walk in a more flexible way. Each participant needs to achieve 10,000 steps in any format at anywhere, anytime without boundaries during the period from 1 December 2021 to 31 December 2021. The walk raises funds for cardiac patients and their carers and helps support rehabilitation and education services for cardiac patients, carers and the general public.

Why this is important
We hope to raise awareness of the importance of heart health and to encourage more people to exercise regularly.

What we do
Care For Your Heart is a registered charitable association providing rehabilitation services for patients with heart diseases and their families. Our missions are: 1. To promote mutual support and self-help among cardiac patients and family members for betterment in heart health and well-being of life. 2. To reduce relapse and reinforce rehabilitation process by providing health knowledge and mutual sharing to cardiac patients and families; 3. To bridge up the service gap for a holistic heart health services; 4. To foster the mutual support spirit and advocate for effective medical services; 5. To educate the public on cardiac diseases and promote social integration for heart disease patients; 6. To promote preventive measure and awareness of heart health.
