What we need
- Design two versions of stickers for our flag day
- Volunteers are expected to have basic skills in Adobe Illustrations/ Photoshop
Background
Care For Your Heart is a registered charitable association providing rehabilitation services for patients with heart diseases and their families. To raise fund for the ‘Cardiac Patients Mutual Support and Resources Centre’, our Flag day is proposed and set to be held at Hong Kong Island on 14 January 2023 (Saturday) from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We expect more than 1,000 participants, including our members, their relatives and volunteers, will join the Flag Day.

The project raises funds for cardiac patients and their carers and helps support rehabilitation and education services for cardiac patients, carers and the general public.

What we do
Care For Your Heart is a registered charitable association providing rehabilitation services for patients with heart diseases and their families. Our missions are: 1. To promote mutual support and self-help among cardiac patients and family members for betterment in heart health and well-being of life. 2. To reduce relapse and reinforce rehabilitation process by providing health knowledge and mutual sharing to cardiac patients and families; 3. To bridge up the service gap for a holistic heart health services; 4. To foster the mutual support spirit and advocate for effective medical services; 5. To educate the public on cardiac diseases and promote social integration for heart disease patients; 6. To promote preventive measure and awareness of heart health.
