What we need
  • Join us for a briefing to learn more about your responsibilities and tasks
  • Offer us on-site event support on 14 Dec from 9:00am - 2:00pm
  • Assistance with gift distribution, game booths during the event
  • Support in creating Christmas cards and cookies alongside our community members and staff
  • Help with venue set up, navigation and wrap up
Background

As we approach the festive season, let's come together to spread joy and love to refugee and asylum seekers' children & their families at our BOH Christmas Fun Fair 2024 event! We need volunteers for various tasks such as gift distribution, game booths, Christmas card & cookies making etc.

What we have

Briefing will be provided, and volunteers will work closely with Branches of Hope's staffs

Why this is important

This is the annual Christmas event for Branches of Hope's community members. Let's make this Christmas special for these children and their families! Your support and presence will make a huge difference.

What we do

Branches of Hope, founded in 2012, is a tax-exempt charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance to restore Dignity, Justice and Hope to the marginalised and vulnerable in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to bringing changes to the refugees, asylum-seekers (non-refoulement claimants) and human trafficking survivors communities through Care, Empowerment and Social Reform. Branches of Hope has two initiatives including Refugee Opportunity and Development (ROAD) and Stop Trafficking of People (STOP).
