Event Coordinator
Prepare and organize "Home & Away" Charity Football Tournament
Project Details
What we need
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event related materials
- Work closely with Volunteer Coordinator, Team Coordinator, Referee Coordinator, Family Corner Coordinator, Impact Corner volunteers, logistics volunteers and photographers to ensure smooth execution of the tournament
- Collect feedback from different stakeholders and work with Event Specialist to create the post-event report
- Weekly meeting to catchup and update on progress
- Able to support and attend the Football tournament on Oct 11
Background
We are organizing "Home and Away" football tournament on 11 Oct 2024. We need your skills to work with the Partnerships team to successfully convert leads and coordinate sponsor on-boarding etc.
What we have
Volunteer will work closely with partnership team and guidelines will be provided for all tasks.

This is a community engagement and fundraising event for Branches of Hope.
