What we need

• Analyze existing methods of data collection and management (we are currenly using Microsoft Access)
• Determine gaps in our CRM data collection and management practices
• Work closely with team members to ensure data collection and management needs are fully understood
• Recommend IT / software solutions based on assessment findings; preferably with pros and cons as well as price points
• Explore integration possibilities between our Office 365 platform and external applications

Background

BOH is currently seeking professional i.e. skills-based volunteers or interns to conduct an analysis of the organization's needs in terms of data management software solutions. The assessment report should include several recommendations, including pros and cons as well as price points. The person will report to the Executive Director and can work flexible hours based on your own availability.
