What we need

• Join us for a briefing meeting in person to learn more about our requirements and needs from Airtable
• We're looking for a volunteer who has experience with data management through Airtable, understand our requirements and supporting us to use this app and ensure that we're maximising its potential
• Have regular online meetings to check in in progress and to share how our team can make the best use out of Airtable (e.g. Forms, contact management, creating address labels etc)
• Offer guidance and help us with any questions we may have related to Airtable

Background

Box of Hope has been using Airtable for 2 years as the main contact management resource. Airtable is crucial to our operations, containing all contact info/requirements of the schools, charities, donors and volunteers we work with. Utilised by a team of approx 15-20 members, but overall management of the database is done by one person.

We've sent sign up forms out of Airtable databases previously.

Why this is important

The database is the lifeblood of what we do, from the start to the finish of our annual campaign. We need to be sure that we are using it correctly to support our operations
