What we need

• Looking for volunteers who are punctual and helpful, friendly to kids
• Join us for a briefing on 2 Apr 10:00am at Asia Society Hong Kong Jockey club Hall, and support the event during 10:30am-5:00pm
• Provide support at one of the arts and crafts booths at our Easter Family Day event (all crafts material are ready)
• Your major duties include: crowd control, giving instructions to kids and parents at arts and craft station, booth dismantling
• No special dress code (any comfortale wear is acceptable)

Background

The Easter season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than with a fun-filled day at Asia Society Hong Kong Center with your family! We will transform our center into a wonderland of all things Easter, with colorful eggs, a variety of activities and displays that celebrate the holiday, and otherdelightful surprises around every corner. You can expect to find colorful decorations, interactive exhibits, games, and art and crafts stations for children of all ages. We will create an opportunity for children to learn about history, culture, and art in a fun and engaging way.

What we have

1. All Arts & Craft and games materials ready for volunteers. 2. ASHK staff will deliver a briefing before the event (10:00am; at ASHK Jockey club hall). 1-hour lunch break is included, will update the time slot during briefing on day.
