Project Details

What we need
  • Our team will provide a briefing before the event to ensure you understand the event rundown and specific tasks at the booth
  • Help with our Diwali themed Arts & Crafts booth, provide instructions to participants and make sure everyone have fun!
  • Event is on Oct 20 (Sun) 9:30 am - 5:30 pm at Asia Society Hong Kong Center; volunteers are required to stay throughout the event
  • Looking for volunteers able to speak Cantonese and English, friendly to kids
  • Please note that certificates will not be be available upon completion of the project
Background

Diwali, the festival of lights, is the biggest of Hindu festivals celebrated in India. We are happy to present a Sunday abound with festivities. Join us and enjoy Bollywood dance performances and festive theme arts & crafts. Do not miss out!

What we have

Briefing before the event; all materials ready; apron for all volunteer *no lunch included; can bring your own bottle to fill water for free.
