Set up and provide event & visitor assistance at our monthly events (LGBTQIA+ workshops/ talks)
Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event
- Help set up the registration desk, help registration process
- Take event snap shots for record purpose
- Be our ambassador to answer questions about our organization/ the event
- We have 1-2 events per month, usually indoor educational talks/ seminars/ workshops
- Our upcoming event is on 2 June 4:30pm - 7:30pm at Eaton House (Jordan)
Background
Alongside is regularly hosting monthly educational events for our community. We require event support for the activities, including crowd control, registration desk, set up and dismantle.
What we have
A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
Why this is important
The events are important in educating the general public about end of life issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community and to raise the public awareness of the social issues.
