What we need

• Help us produce a storytelling video in Cantonese, aiming to teach elderly about remote health monitoring in a simple way
• Join a 1 hour brainstorming session and work closely with our committee on the task
• Conduct research on topics discussed (1 hour estimated)
• Create an animated video which is under 10 minutes, including subtitles, music, voice-over, etc.
• We will share with you some existing videos, photos, interview clips with users (case studies)
• Open to volunteers using any video editing softwares
• Prefer Cantonese-speaking volunteers
• Volunteers should have technical video editing skills, such as capturing/importing media, organizing raw footage, and editing video and audio
• Volunteers should also bring creativity in video production, utilizing various presentation styles and techniques

We are planning to launch a video to promote remote health monitoring to HK community through innovative technologies and professional caring services.

What we have

We will provide training materials on remote health monitoring. AgeSmart will supply volunteers with the content for the videos.

Why this is important

Video is everywhere. As technological advances, it becomes more common for companies to use video as a communications platform. Video is a crucial part of the AgeSmart digital delivery and part of our marketing strategies. AgeSmart plans to provide short-clips in our website about remote health monitoring videos (Cantonese) for the Hong Kong community. It helps AgeSmart to observe and determine the effectiveness of video contents.
