What we need

• 參與4C義工培訓日 (17/9/2022)，聯校培訓營預營 (24/9/2022)，以及計劃簡介會 (8/10/2022)
• 最少兩場聯校培訓日營（其中一次為負責學校所參與的培訓營） （2022年10月至12月）
• 每兩個月一次的團隊導師會議 • 由本局委派到指定中學，擔任義工團團隊導師，於平日時段到校與青年義工團開會 （實際次數按需要而定，需與學校商議，彈性處理）
• 與青年義工團分享自己的義工經驗，帶領他們親身體驗；以有趣的方式，分享自己的興趣
• 帶領青年義工團參與服務，支援他們策劃義工服務，提升個人素質，促進個人成長
• 與學校負責老師及義工團領袖緊密聯繫，瞭解及跟進團隊的發展，定期匯報進度
• 具備兩年協調義工及策劃義工服務經驗優先 / 擁有青年師友經驗優先

Background

本計畫想邀請認同本計劃之理念及具領導才能及團隊合作精神的義工參與，希望義工願意與青年分享自己的義工經驗及興趣。希望義工對青年工作有熱誠，探索不同方式與青年溝通，也願意與青年及學校負責老師溝通、合作。

Why this is important

This project facilitates students to equip themselves by understanding themselves as well as the needs of service targets and the community, in order to strengthen their skills and experiences, and broaden their imagination on volunteering. The project aims to gear students up as comprehensive volunteer leaders and to provide “Real Services”.
