What we need
- Check the availability of sustainable seafood by phone call or visiting in person
- Update data using Microsoft Excel
- Volunteer who speak both fluent Cantonese and English is preferred
Background
This survey is to study the availability of sustainable seafood in all restaurants across Hong Kong, and raise awareness of sourcing seafood sustainably.
What we have
Training for face-to-face and phone call surveys will be provided.
Why this is important
This gives an overview of the current availability of sustainable seafood in Hong Kong's restaurants and drives our agenda in public education and communication about sustainable seafood.
